Pricing Policies

Please note that the pricing of our program may be subject to changes, and we retain the right to adjust rates as necessary.

All coaching packages must be fully paid before the program's commencement. We accept major credit cards and wire transfers as payment methods.

For our personalized 1-on-1 coaching, a monthly retainer fee is applicable and due by the 1st of each month.

For group coaching, the pricing structure considers the group size and the number of sessions. Discounts are available for groups consisting of 5 or more participants.

Nonprofit, government, and select partner organizations are eligible for a 20% discount off our standard pricing. Reach out to us to confirm eligibility and take advantage of this offer.

Please be aware that multi-month packages cannot be canceled midway. For 1-month trial packages, we require a 72-hour notice for cancellations. All coaching sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full session rate will apply.

As a token of appreciation, executives who refer new clients are entitled to a 10% discount on their monthly fees.

Please note that additional tools, such as executive assessment tools, diagnostics, and leadership surveys, are licensed separately.

For in-person sessions or retreats that involve travel, travel costs will be invoiced separately based on the location. These costs are not included in the package pricing.

Lastly, it's important to mention that unused coaching sessions will expire after 12 months and are non-refundable. We do not offer credit for missed sessions.
